I am using Premarin Vaginal Cream 20mg. I use it for the first two weeks to prevent the painful vulva from returning, and then after that the first three days to keep my symptoms from getting worse. I have had no problems with this. I have not used this for at least two years. I would like to get some advice and recommendations from my doctor. I have never used the cream before.
